Years later, Walter brought in his son to work with him side by side.  Walter groomed Doug teaching him the merits and details of running a family-owned business. 

Today, the company is run by Doug and upholds the same commitment to integrity and superior craftsmanship made by his father over forty years ago.  Like his father, Doug dedicates himself to the individual needs of each of his customers and takes pride in the exceptional quality of houses he builds.  

Over the years, Overstreet Builders has grown to be a fully staffed, semi-custom/custom home building company, committed to building high-quality homes.

We are delighted to join Crown Community Development’s Highland Woods master planned community. Here, we’ll be building homes within the beautifully landscaped Ridgeview neighborhood which boasts wooded, wide and deep homesites as well as the Graystone and Summergate neighborhoods. Our homes will continue to carry top standard features we’ve built our reputation upon. Homes will have 3-5 bedrooms and range in size from 1,838 to 4,000 square feet.
